And ‘Asah’el [God-made] pursued after Avner [my father is a lamp]; and in going he turned not to the right hand nor to the left from following Avner [my father is a lamp].
And he did [that which was] right in the sight of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), and walked in all the way of David [beloved] his father, and turned not aside to the right hand or to the left.
And Avner [my father is a lamp] said to him, Turn youi aside to youi right hand or to youi left, and lay youi hold on one of the young men, and take youi his armour. But ‘Asah’el [God-made] would not turn aside from following of him.
Be you2f therefore very courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the book of the law of Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters], that you2f turn not aside from them [to] the right hand or [to] the left;
Only be youi strong and very courageous, that youi may observe to do according to all the law, which Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters] my servant commanded youi: turn not from it [to] the right hand or [to] the left, that youi may prosper to wherever youi go.
And there were three sons of Tz’ruyah [balsam] there, Yo’av [Yehovah is father], and Avishai [my father is a gift], and ‘Asah’el [God-made]: and ‘Asah’el [God-made] [was as] light of foot as a wild roe.
And when Avner [my father is a lamp] was returned to Hevron [Seat of Association], Yo’av [Yehovah is father] took him aside in the gate to speak with him quietly, and struck him there under the fifth [rib], that he died, for the blood of ‘Asah’el [God-made] his brother.
So Yo’av [Yehovah is father] and Avishai [my father is a gift] his brother killed Avner [my father is a lamp], because he had slain their brother ‘Asah’el [God-made] at Giv’on [Hill City] in the battle.
