And all the people were at strife throughout all the tribes of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], saying, The king saved us out of the hand of our enemies, and he delivered us out of the hand of the P’lishtim [Immigrants]; and now he is fled out of the land for Avshalom [my father is peace].

And David [beloved] said unto all his servants that [were] with him at Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace], Arise, and let us flee; for we shall not [else] escape from Avshalom [my father is peace]: make speed to depart, lest he overtake us suddenly, and bring evil upon us, and strike the city with the edge of the sword.

And David [beloved] came to Ba’al-P’ratzim [lord of the breaks], and David [beloved] struck them there, and said, The Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) has broken forth upon my enemies before me, as the breach (breaking forth; a break; opening, inlet) of waters. Therefore he called the name of that place Ba’al-P’ratzim [lord of the breaks].

For he did put his life in his hand, and killed the P’lishtim [immigrants], and the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) wrought a great salvation for all Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]: youi saw [it], and did rejoice: wherefore then will youi sin against innocent blood, to slay David [beloved] without a cause?

And Sha’ul [desired] said, Thus shall you2f say to David [beloved], The king desires not any dowry, but an hundred foreskins of the P’lishtim [Immigrants], to be avenged of the king’s enemies. But Sha’ul [desired] thought to make David [beloved] fall by the hand of the P’lishtim [Immigrants].

So David [beloved] prevailed over the P’lishtim [immigrants] with a sling and with a stone, and struck the P’lishtim [immigrants], and killed him; but [there was] no sword in the hand of David [beloved].

And I said unto them, Whosoever has any gold, let them break [it] off. So they gave [it] me: then I cast it into the fire, and there came out this calf.

And Avshalom [my father is peace], whom we anointed over us, is dead in battle. Now therefore why speak you2f not a word of bringing the king back?

Then the king went on to Gilgal [A Wheel, Rolling], and Khimham [their longing] went on with him: and all the people of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] conducted the king, and also half the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God].

youi also have delivered me from the strivings of my people, youi have kept me [to be] head of the heathen: a people [which] I knew not shall serve me.

youi have delivered me from the strivings of the people; [and] youi have made me the head of the heathen: a people [whom] I have not known shall serve me.

And they took Avshalom [my father is peace], and cast him into a great pit in the wood, and laid a very great heap of stones upon him: and all Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] fled everyone to his tent.
