And when David [beloved] was a little past the top [of the hill], behold, Tziva [statue] the servant of M’fivoshet [exterminating the idol] met him, with a couple of asses saddled, and upon them two hundred [loaves] of bread, and an hundred bunches of raisins, and an hundred of summer fruits, and a bottle of wine.

Then Avigayil [my father is joy] made haste, and took two hundred loaves, and two bottles of wine, and five sheep ready dressed, and five measures of parched [corn], and an hundred clusters of raisins, and two hundred cakes of figs, and laid [them] on asses.

And it came to pass, that [when] David [beloved] was come to the top [of the mount], where he worshipped God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], behold, Hushai [hasting] the Arki [lengthy] came to meet him with his coat rent, and earth upon his head:

Thus has the Lord-Adonai [Greatest Above All Things] GOD-Yehōvih (THE FATHER) showed unto me: and behold a basket of summer fruit.

Even all the Y’hudim (Judeans) returned out of all places to which they were driven, and came to the land of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised], to G’dalyahu [Yehovah is great], unto Mitzpah [watchtower], and gathered wine and summer fruits very much.

As for me, behold, I will dwell at Mitzpah [watchtower] to serve the Kasdim [clod-breakers], which will come unto us: but you2f, gather your2f wine, and summer fruits, and oil, and put [them] in your vessels, and dwell in your cities that you2f have taken.

Moreover they that were near them, [even] unto Yissakhar [There Is Recompense] and Z’vulun [Glorious Dwelling Place] and Naftali [My Wrestling], brought bread on asses, and on camels, and on mules, and on oxen, [and] meat, meal, cakes of figs, and bunches of raisins, and wine, and oil, and oxen, and sheep abundantly: for [there was] joy in Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God].

Now Barzillai [my iron] was a very aged man, [even] eighty years old: and he had provided the king of sustenance while he lay at Machanayim [Two Camps]; for he [was] a very great man.

And David [beloved] went up by the ascent of [mount of] Olives, and wept as he went up, and had his head covered, and he went barefoot: and all the people that [was] with him covered every man his head, and they went up, weeping as they went up.

And Yishai [I possess] took an ass [laden] with bread, and a bottle of wine, and a kid, and sent [them] by David [beloved] his son unto Sha’ul [desired].

Then shall youi go on forward from here, and youi shall come to the plain of Tavor [Mound], and there shall meet youi three men going up to God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] to Beit-El [House of God], one carrying three kids, and another carrying three loaves of bread, and another carrying a bottle of wine:

Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage: [there is] no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe fruit.

A man’s gift makes room for him, and brings him before great men.

And [there were] a thousand men of Binyamin [Son of the Right Hand/Strength] with him, and Tziva [statue] the servant of the house of Sha’ul [desired], and his fifteen sons and his twenty servants with him; and they went over Yarden [Descender] before the king.
