2 Kings 2:7New Messianic Version BibleAnd fifty men of the sons of the prophets went, and stood to view afar off: and they two stood by Yarden [Descender]. See the chapter |
And they said unto him, Behold now, there be with youri servants fifty strong men; let them go, we pray youi, and seek youri master: in the event perhaps the Spirit of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) has taken him up, and cast him upon some mountain, or into some valley. And he said, You2f shall not send.
After that youi shall come to the hill of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], where [is] the Garrison (fortification; military post) of the P’lishtim [Immigrants]: and it shall come to pass, when youi are come there to the city, that youi shall meet a company of prophets coming down from the high place with a Psaltery (stringed instrument, like an harp), and a tambourine, and a pipe, and a harp, before them; and they shall prophesy:
Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Eli-sha [my God is salvation], saying, Your1s servant my husband is dead; and youi know that youri servant did fear the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate): and the creditor is come to take with him my two sons to be slaves.
