Having many things to write unto you, I would not [write] with paper and ink: but I trust to come unto you, and speak face to face, that our joy may be full.

I have yet many things to say unto you, but you2f cannot bear them now.

These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and [that] your joy might be full.

With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) shall he behold: wherefore then were you2f not afraid to speak against my servant Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters]?

And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.

But I beseech (to call upon; appeal; beg) [you] the rather to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner.

Whensoever I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you: for I trust to see you in my journey, and to be brought on my way toward it by you, if first I be somewhat filled with your [company].

And now come I to youi; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.

Till this point in time have you2f asked nothing in my name: ask, and you2f shall receive, that your joy may be full.

Know you2f that [our] brother Timothy [honoring God] is set at liberty; with whom, if he come shortly, I will see you.

But withal prepare me also a lodging: for I trust that through your prayers I shall be given unto you.

Greatly desiring to see youi, being mindful of youri tears, that I may be filled with joy;

He that has the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.

For what reason, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he does, babbling (chattering) against us with malicious words: and not content with that, neither does he himself receive the brethren, and forbids them that would, and casts [them] out of the church.
