1 Samuel 23:1New Messianic Version BibleThen they told David [beloved], saying, Behold, the P’lishtim [Immigrants] fight against Ke’ilah [Fortress], and they rob the threshing floors. See the chapter |
And there came an angel of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), and sat under an oak which [was] in ‘Ofrah [Fawn], that [pertained] unto Yo’ash [Given by the Lord] the Avi’ezri [My Father is Help]: and his son Gid’on [Hewer] threshed wheat by the winepress, to hide [it] from the Midyanim [Strife].
Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that struck the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.
