1 Samuel 13:2

Sha’ul [desired] chose him three thousand [men] of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]; [whereof] two thousand were with Sha’ul [desired] in Mikhmas [hidden] and in mount Beit-El [House of God], and a thousand were with Y’honatan [Yehovah has Given] in Giv’ah [Hill] of Binyamin [Son of the Right Hand/Strength]: and the rest of the people he sent every man to his tent.

And Sha’ul [desired] also went home to Giv’ah [Hill]; and there went with him a band of men, whose hearts God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] had touched.

And they struck the P’lishtim [Immigrants] that day from Mikhmas [hidden] to Ayalon [Field of Deer]: and the people were very faint.

And the P’lishtim [Immigrants] gathered themselves together to fight with Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], thirty thousand chariots, and six thousand horsemen, and people as the sand which [is] on the sea shore in multitude: and they came up, and pitched in Mikhmas [hidden], eastward from Beit-On [vanity] [house of vanity].

And the Garrison (fortification; military post) of the P’lishtim [Immigrants] went out to the passage of Mikhmas [hidden].

Let seven men of his sons be delivered unto us, and we will hang them up unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) in Giv’ah [Hill] of Sha’ul [desired], [whom] the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) did choose. And the king said, I will give [them].

Then Sh’mu’el [His name is El] went to Ramah [Hill]; and Sha’ul [desired] went up to his house to Giv’ah [Hill] of Sha’ul [desired].

And there was sore war against the P’lishtim [Immigrants] all the days of Sha’ul [desired]: and when Sha’ul [desired] saw any strong man, or any valiant man, he took him unto him.

The forefront of the one [was] situate northward over against Mikhmas [hidden], and the other southward over against Giv’ah [Hill].

And he said, This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will take your sons, and appoint [them] for himself, for his chariots, and [to be] his horsemen; and [some] shall run before his chariots.

And his master said unto him, We will not turn aside here into the city of a stranger, that [is] not of the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]; we will pass over to Giv’ah [Hill].

And Tzela [a rib], Eleph, and Y’vusi [Descendants of Y’vus (“hard trampled” or “the waterless hill”)], which [is] Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace], Giv’at [Hill], [and] Kiryat [City]; fourteen cities with their villages. This [is] the inheritance of the children of Binyamin [Son of the Right Hand/Strength] according to their families.

After that youi shall come to the hill of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], where [is] the Garrison (fortification; military post) of the P’lishtim [Immigrants]: and it shall come to pass, when youi are come there to the city, that youi shall meet a company of prophets coming down from the high place with a Psaltery (stringed instrument, like an harp), and a tambourine, and a pipe, and a harp, before them; and they shall prophesy:

Sha’ul [desired] reigned one year; and when he had reigned two years over Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God],

And Sh’mu’el [His name is El] said, What have youi done? And Sha’ul [desired] said, Because I saw that the people were scattered from me, and [that] youi came not within the days appointed, and [that] the P’lishtim [Immigrants] gathered themselves together at Mikhmas [hidden];

And Sh’mu’el [His name is El] arose, and got him up from Gilgal [A Wheel, Rolling] unto Giv’ah [Hill] of Binyamin [Son of the Right Hand/Strength]. And Sha’ul [desired] numbered the people [that were] present with him, about six hundred men.

And Sha’ul [desired], and Y’honatan [Yehovah has Given] his son, and the people [that were] present with them, abode in Giv’ah [Hill] of Binyamin [Son of the Right Hand/Strength]: but the P’lishtim [Immigrants] encamped in Mikhmas [hidden].

Then Sha’ul [desired] arose, and went down to the wilderness of Ziv [brightness] [Battlement (low wall around a roof; wall for defense)], having three thousand chosen men of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] with him, to seek David [beloved] in the wilderness of Ziv [brightness] [Battlement (low wall around a roof; wall for defense)].

And there happened to be there a man of Belial [Worthless, Good for Nothing], whose name [was] Sheva [Seven], the son of Bikhri [youthful], from the tribe of Binyamin [A Son of the Right Hand]: and he blew a trumpet, and said, We have no part in David [beloved], neither have we inheritance in the son of Yishai [I possess]: every man to his tents, O Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God].

So Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) them, and sent them away: and they went unto their tents.

And he came to the sheepcotes by the way, where [was] a cave; and Sha’ul [desired] went in to cover his feet: and David [beloved] and his men remained in the sides of the cave.

Helev [milk] the son of Ba’anah [in affliction], a N’tofati [dropping], Ittai [with me] the son of Rivai [pleader with Yehovah] out of Giv’ah [Hill] of the children of Binyamin [Son of the Right Hand/Strength],

The men of Mikhmas [hidden], an hundred twenty and two.

The children also of Binyamin [Son of the Right Hand/Strength] from Geva [hill] [dwelt] at Mikhmas [hidden], and ‘Ayah [heap of ruins], and Beit-El [House of God], and [in] their villages,
