Likewise, you2f younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yes, all [of you] be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God-The Father resists the proud, and gives grace to the humble.

But he gives more grace. For what reason he says, God-The Father resists the proud, but gives grace unto the humble.

Surely he scorns the scorners: but he gives grace unto the lowly.

Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God-The Father.

[Be] kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

[Let] nothing [be done] through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

Put [a bow] on therefore, as the elect of God-The Father, holy and beloved, bowels (inward parts; affections) of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

For all those [things] has my hand made, and all those [things] have been, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate): but to this [man] will I look, [even] to [him that is] poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembles at my word.

But put you2f on the Lord - Kurios [he to whom a person belongs] Yeshua [God is Salvation] Moshiach [Messiah], and make not provision for the flesh, to [fulfill] the lusts [thereof].

Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.

For thus says the high and lofty One that inhabits eternity, whose name [is] Holy; I dwell in the high and holy [place], with him also [that is] of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that [is] unprofitable for you.

youi shall rise up before the white colored (white or gray with age) head, and honour the face of the old man, and fear youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]: I [am] the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).

Forasmuch then as Moshiach [Messiah] has suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin;

Let youri priests be clothed with righteousness; and let youri saints shout for joy.

I put on righteousness, and it clothed me: my judgment [was] as a robe and a Diadem (royal headband worn by Eastern kings).

When [men] are cast down, then youi shall say, [There is] lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.

I will greatly rejoice in the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), my soul shall be joyful in my God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]; for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation, he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks [himself] with ornaments, and as a bride r [herself] with her jewels.

Now therefore arise, O Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], into youri resting place, youi, and the ark of youri strength: let youri priests, O Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], be clothed with salvation, and let youi saints rejoice in goodness.

I will also clothe her priests with salvation: and her saints shall shout aloud for joy.

Though the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [be] high, yet has he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knows afar off.

Then all the princes of the sea shall come down from their thrones, and lay away their robes, and put off their adorned with needlework garments: they shall clothe themselves with trembling; they shall sit upon the ground, and shall tremble at [every] moment, and be astonished at youi.

But you2f [shall] not [be] so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that does serve.

Rebuke (reprimand; strongly warn; restrain) not an elder, but intreat [him] as a father; [and] the younger men as brethren;

Finally, [be you2f] all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, [be] pitiful, [be] courteous:

For better [it is] that it be said unto youi, Come up here; than that youi should be put lower in the presence of the prince whom youi eyes have seen.

[And] when he has taken away the multitude, his heart shall be lifted up; and he shall cast down [many] ten thousands: but he shall not be strengthened [by it].
