With each lamb you must offer a grain offering of two quarts of choice flour mixed with one quart of pure oil of pressed olives.

The container used to measure the manna was an omer, which was one-tenth of an ephah; it held about two quarts.

With the lamb, a grain offering must also be given to the Lord—about three quarts of flour with a third of a gallon of olive oil to moisten the choice flour. This will be a permanent law for you.

“When you present grain as an offering to the Lord, the offering must consist of choice flour. You are to pour olive oil on it, sprinkle it with frankincense,

Sacrifice one lamb in the morning and the other in the evening.

This is the regular burnt offering instituted at Mount Sinai as a special gift, a pleasing aroma to the Lord.

His offering consisted of a silver platter weighing 3-1/4 pounds and a silver basin weighing 1-3/4 pounds (as measured by the weight of the sanctuary shekel). These were both filled with grain offerings of choice flour moistened with olive oil.
