‘Even if Balak were to give me his palace filled with silver and gold, I would be powerless to do anything against the will of the Lord.’ I told you that I could say only what the Lord says!

But Peter replied, “May your money be destroyed with you for thinking God’s gift can be bought!

Such people claim they know God, but they deny him by the way they live. They are detestable and disobedient, worthless for doing anything good.

but I would not listen to him. Instead, I made Balaam bless you, and so I rescued you from Balak.
