So they went in, but they didn’t find the body of the Lord Jesus.

Later, after they crossed to the other side of the lake, the disciples discovered they had forgotten to bring any bread.

They found that the stone had been rolled away from the entrance.

They said his body was missing, and they had seen angels who told them Jesus is alive!

When the Lord saw her, his heart overflowed with compassion. “Don’t cry!” he said.

“So now we must choose a replacement for Judas from among the men who were with us the entire time we were traveling with the Lord Jesus—
