So David summoned all Israel, from the Shihor Brook of Egypt in the south all the way to the town of Lebo-hamath in the north, to join in bringing the Ark of God from Kiriath-jearim.

So Moses followed the Lord’s instructions, and the whole community assembled at the Tabernacle entrance.

“You and Aaron must take the staff and assemble the entire community. As the people watch, speak to the rock over there, and it will pour out its water. You will provide enough water from the rock to satisfy the whole community and their livestock.”

From there the Israelites traveled to Beer, which is the well where the Lord said to Moses, “Assemble the people, and I will give them water.”

Then assemble the whole community of Israel, and present the Levites at the entrance of the Tabernacle.

On the day of Pentecost all the believers were meeting together in one place.
