And this conversion of Gentiles is exactly what the prophets predicted. As it is written:

Be careful! Don’t let the prophets’ words apply to you. For they said,

For the Lord gave us this command when he said, ‘I have made you a light to the Gentiles, to bring salvation to the farthest corners of the earth.’”
