“Hear, O My people, and I will admonish you! O Israel, if you will listen to Me!

“Hear, O My people, and I will speak, O Israel, and I will testify against you; I am God, your God!

“Oh, that My people would listen to Me, That Israel would walk in My ways!

and said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.”

So he called the name of the place Massah and Meribah, because of the contention of the children of Israel, and because they tempted the Lord, saying, “Is the Lord among us or not?”

You go near and hear all that the Lord our God may say, and tell us all that the Lord our God says to you, and we will hear and do it.’

If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater; for this is the witness of God which He has testified of His Son.
