But the king shall rejoice in God; Everyone who swears by Him shall glory; But the mouth of those who speak lies shall be stopped.

The righteous see it and rejoice, And all iniquity stops its mouth.

You shall fear the Lord your God and serve Him, and shall take oaths in His name.

For when God made a promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no one greater, He swore by Himself,

And he said to him, “Do not fear, for the hand of Saul my father shall not find you. You shall be king over Israel, and I shall be next to you. Even my father Saul knows that.”

And now I know indeed that you shall surely be king, and that the kingdom of Israel shall be established in your hand.
