But it so happened, when Sanballat heard that we were rebuilding the wall, that he was furious and very indignant, and mocked the Jews.

Early I will destroy all the wicked of the land, That I may cut off all the evildoers from the city of the Lord.

A wise king sifts out the wicked, And brings the threshing wheel over them.

A king who sits on the throne of judgment Scatters all evil with his eyes.
