“Behold, it is written before Me: I will not keep silence, but will repay— Even repay into their bosom—

Our God shall come, and shall not keep silent; A fire shall devour before Him, And it shall be very tempestuous all around Him.

And first I will repay double for their iniquity and their sin, because they have defiled My land; they have filled My inheritance with the carcasses of their detestable and abominable idols.”

And return to our neighbors sevenfold into their bosom Their reproach with which they have reproached You, O Lord.

Will You restrain Yourself because of these things, O Lord? Will You hold Your peace, and afflict us very severely?

These things you have done, and I kept silent; You thought that I was altogether like you; But I will rebuke you, And set them in order before your eyes.

And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.

Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, And the Lord listened and heard them; So a book of remembrance was written before Him For those who fear the Lord And who meditate on His name.

“Indeed, what have you to do with Me, O Tyre and Sidon, and all the coasts of Philistia? Will you retaliate against Me? But if you retaliate against Me, Swiftly and speedily I will return your retaliation upon your own head;

Therefore I have poured out My indignation on them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath; and I have recompensed their deeds on their own heads,” says the Lord God.

But as for those whose hearts follow the desire for their detestable things and their abominations, I will recompense their deeds on their own heads,” says the Lord God.

You number my wanderings; Put my tears into Your bottle; Are they not in Your book?

‘Is this not laid up in store with Me, Sealed up among My treasures?

Then the Lord said to Moses, “Write this for a memorial in the book and recount it in the hearing of Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.”

Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

Fools, because of their transgression, And because of their iniquities, were afflicted.

Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the Lord, And let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.

Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with him, For the reward of his hands shall be given him.

For behold, the Lord comes out of His place To punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; The earth will also disclose her blood, And will no more cover her slain.

According to their deeds, accordingly He will repay, Fury to His adversaries, Recompense to His enemies; The coastlands He will fully repay.

The sound of noise from the city! A voice from the temple! The voice of the Lord, Who fully repays His enemies!

And as for Me also, My eye will neither spare, nor will I have pity, but I will recompense their deeds on their own head.”
