Surely you did not hear, Surely you did not know; Surely from long ago your ear was not opened. For I knew that you would deal very treacherously, And were called a transgressor from the womb.

Surely, as a wife treacherously departs from her husband, So have you dealt treacherously with Me, O house of Israel,” says the Lord.

For the house of Israel and the house of Judah Have dealt very treacherously with Me,” says the Lord.

‘Hear this now, O foolish people, Without understanding, Who have eyes and see not, And who have ears and hear not:
