whom the Lord of hosts shall bless, saying, “Blessed is Egypt My people, and Assyria the work of My hands, and Israel My inheritance.”

Know that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.

Also your people shall all be righteous; They shall inherit the land forever, The branch of My planting, The work of My hands, That I may be glorified.

Their descendants shall be known among the Gentiles, And their offspring among the people. All who see them shall acknowledge them, That they are the posterity whom the Lord has blessed.”

O Lord, why have You made us stray from Your ways, And hardened our heart from Your fear? Return for Your servants’ sake, The tribes of Your inheritance.

But now, O Lord, You are our Father; We are the clay, and You our potter; And all we are the work of Your hand.

They shall not labor in vain, Nor bring forth children for trouble; For they shall be the descendants of the blessed of the Lord, And their offspring with them.

The Portion of Jacob is not like them, For He is the Maker of all things, And Israel is the tribe of His inheritance; The Lord of hosts is His name.

I brought you into a bountiful country, To eat its fruit and its goodness. But when you entered, you defiled My land And made My heritage an abomination.

Then I will sow her for Myself in the earth, And I will have mercy on her who had not obtained mercy; Then I will say to those who were not My people, ‘You are My people!’ And they shall say, ‘You are my God!’ ”

And it shall come to pass That just as you were a curse among the nations, O house of Judah and house of Israel, So I will save you, and you shall be a blessing. Do not fear, Let your hands be strong.’

Now when Balaam saw that it pleased the Lord to bless Israel, he did not go as at other times, to seek to use sorcery, but he set his face toward the wilderness.

“The Lord bless you and keep you;

“So they shall put My name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them.”

Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also,

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but a new creation.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

For the Lord’s portion is His people; Jacob is the place of His inheritance.

being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;

who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.
