Ecclesiastes 8:1

Who is like a wise man? And who knows the interpretation of a thing? A man’s wisdom makes his face shine, And the sternness of his face is changed.

A wise man is strong, Yes, a man of knowledge increases strength;

To understand a proverb and an enigma, The words of the wise and their riddles.

And they said to him, “We each have had a dream, and there is no interpreter of it.” So Joseph said to them, “Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell them to me, please.”

Therefore you must be subject, not only because of wrath but also for conscience’ sake.

A wicked man hardens his face, But as for the upright, he establishes his way.

And whenever the children of Israel saw the face of Moses, that the skin of Moses’ face shone, then Moses would put the veil on his face again, until he went in to speak with Him.

A man will be commended according to his wisdom, But he who is of a perverse heart will be despised.

He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, And light dwells with Him.
