For if I am an offender, or have committed anything deserving of death, I do not object to dying; but if there is nothing in these things of which these men accuse me, no one can deliver me to them. I appeal to Caesar.”

Paul said to the centurion and the soldiers, “Unless these men stay in the ship, you cannot be saved.”

And in all we were two hundred and seventy-six persons on the ship.

And the soldiers’ plan was to kill the prisoners, lest any of them should swim away and escape.

and the rest, some on boards and some on parts of the ship. And so it was that they all escaped safely to land.

But the Lord said to him, “Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings, and the children of Israel.

But, meanwhile, also prepare a guest room for me, for I trust that through your prayers I shall be granted to you.

Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, “Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last.
