So he turned around and looked at them, and pronounced a curse on them in the name of the Lord. And two female bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the youths.

Give them a veiled heart; Your curse be upon them!

I will meet them like a bear deprived of her cubs; I will tear open their rib cage, And there I will devour them like a lion. The wild beast shall tear them.

In response Jesus said to it, “Let no one eat fruit from you ever again.” And His disciples heard it.

And Peter, remembering, said to Him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away.”

Then Ananias, hearing these words, fell down and breathed his last. So great fear came upon all those who heard these things.

Then Peter said to her, “How is it that you have agreed together to test the Spirit of the Lord? Look, the feet of those who have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out.”

But Peter said to him, “Your money perish with you, because you thought that the gift of God could be purchased with money!

and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.

“But if not, let fire come from Abimelech and devour the men of Shechem and Beth Millo; and let fire come from the men of Shechem and from Beth Millo and devour Abimelech!”

And all the evil of the men of Shechem God returned on their own heads, and on them came the curse of Jotham the son of Jerubbaal.
