I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols.

Any fabric, woven or knitted material, or any leather article that has been washed and is rid of the mold, must be washed again. Then it will be clean.”

“On that day a fountain will be opened to the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to cleanse them from sin and impurity.

“Then, Lord,” Simon Peter replied, “not just my feet but my hands and my head as well!”

And now what are you waiting for? Get up, be baptized and wash your sins away, calling on his name.’
