“Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.

Immediately Jesus made his disciples get into the boat and go on ahead of him to Bethsaida, while he dismissed the crowd.

“Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.

They came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, with a request. “Sir,” they said, “we would like to see Jesus.”

Philip, like Andrew and Peter, was from the town of Bethsaida.

Some men came, bringing to him a paralyzed man, carried by four of them.

He touched her hand and the fever left her, and she got up and began to wait on him.

Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith let it be done to you”;

Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. “I am willing,” he said. “Be clean!” Immediately he was cleansed of his leprosy.

When the apostles returned, they reported to Jesus what they had done. Then he took them with him and they withdrew by themselves to a town called Bethsaida,

and begged him to let the sick just touch the edge of his cloak, and all who touched it were healed.

For he had healed many, so that those with diseases were pushing forward to touch him.
