Then she told him this story: “That Hebrew slave you brought us came to me to make sport of me.
she called her household servants. “Look,” she said to them, “this Hebrew has been brought to us to make sport of us! He came in here to sleep with me, but I screamed.

But as soon as I screamed for help, he left his cloak beside me and ran out of the house.”
When he saw Elijah, he said to him, “Is that you, you troubler of Israel?”
The wicked draw the sword and bend the bow to bring down the poor and needy, to slay those whose ways are upright.
because of what my enemy is saying, because of the threats of the wicked; for they bring down suffering on me and assail me in their anger.
“You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.
“Do not spread false reports. Do not help a guilty person by being a malicious witness.
Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue lasts only a moment.
A false witness will not go unpunished, and whoever pours out lies will not go free.
A false witness will not go unpunished, and whoever pours out lies will perish.
A lying tongue hates those it hurts, and a flattering mouth works ruin.
Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, “He has spoken blasphemy! Why do we need any more witnesses? Look, now you have heard the blasphemy.
