So after they had fasted and prayed, they placed their hands on them and sent them off.

For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.
And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.
They have told the church about your love. Please send them on their way in a manner that honors God.
We ought therefore to show hospitality to such people so that we may work together for the truth.
