“Look! He is coming with the clouds!” (Daniel 7:13) “Every eye will see him. Even those who pierced him will see him.” All the nations of the earth “will mourn because of him.” (Zechariah 12:10) This will really happen! Amen.

Then that person can pray to God and be blessed by him. They will see God’s face and shout for joy. God will make them well and happy again.

A group of sinful people has closed in on me. They are all around me like a pack of dogs. They have pierced my hands and my feet.

May God rise up and scatter his enemies. May they turn and run away from him.

Clouds and thick darkness surround him. His rule is built on what is right and fair.

Here is a prophecy against Egypt that the Lord gave me. The Lord is coming to Egypt. He’s riding on a cloud that moves very fast. The statues of the gods in Egypt tremble with fear because of him. The hearts of the people there melt with fear.

“In my vision I saw one who looked like a son of man. He was coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Eternal God. He was led right up to him.

The Lord is slow to get angry. But he is very powerful. The Lord will not let guilty people go without punishing them. When he marches out, he stirs up winds and storms. Clouds are the dust kicked up by his feet.

“I will pour out a spirit of grace and prayer on David’s family line. I will also send it on those who live in Jerusalem. They will look to me. I am the one they have pierced. They will mourn over me as someone mourns over an only child who has died. They will be full of sorrow over me. Their sorrow will be just like someone’s sorrow over an oldest son.

At that time there will be a lot of weeping in Jerusalem. It will be as great as the weeping of the people at Hadad Rimmon. Hadad Rimmon is in the valley of Megiddo. They were weeping over Josiah’s death.

“I see him, but I don’t see him now. I view him, but he isn’t near. A star will come from among the people of Jacob. A king will rise up out of Israel. He’ll crush the foreheads of the people of Moab. He’ll crush the heads of all the people of Sheth.

The Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory. His angels will come with him. And he will reward everyone in keeping with what they have done.

“What I’m about to tell you is true. Some who are standing here will not die before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.”

“Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven. At that time, all the peoples of the earth will mourn. They will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven. He will come with power and great glory.

“The Son of Man will come in all his glory. All the angels will come with him. Then he will sit in glory on his throne.

“You have said so,” Jesus replied. “But here is what I say to all of you. From now on, you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One. You will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven.”

“At that time people will see the Son of Man coming in clouds. He will come with great power and glory.

“I am,” said Jesus. “And you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One. You will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven.”

At that time people will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud. He will come with power and great glory.

Instead, one of the soldiers stuck his spear into Jesus’ side. Right away, blood and water flowed out.

Scripture also says, “They will look to the one they have pierced.” (Zechariah 12:10)

They tell about how you are waiting for his Son to come from heaven. God raised him from the dead. He is Jesus. He saves us from God’s anger, and his anger is sure to come.

After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them. We will be taken up in the clouds. We will meet the Lord in the air. And we will be with him forever.

People who deserve even more punishment include those who have hated the Son of God. They include people who have said no to him. They include people who have treated as unholy the blood of the covenant that makes them holy. They also include people who have disrespected the Holy Spirit who brings God’s grace. Don’t you think people like this should be punished more than anyone else?

But they have fallen away from the faith. So it won’t be possible to bring them back. They won’t be able to turn away from their sins. They are losing everything. That’s because they are nailing the Son of God to the cross all over again. They are bringing shame on him in front of everyone.

Dear friends, now we are children of God. He still hasn’t let us know what we will be. But we know that when Christ appears, we will be like him. That’s because we will see him as he really is.

Enoch was the seventh man in the family line of Adam. He gave a prophecy about these people. He said, “Look! The Lord is coming with thousands and thousands of his holy ones.

Jesus is a witness about these things. He says, “Yes. I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!

They will see his face. His name will be on their foreheads.

“Lord, may all your enemies be destroyed. But may all who love you be like the morning sun. May they be like the sun when it shines the brightest.” So the land was at peace for 40 years.
