Lord, answer me quickly. I’m growing weak. Don’t turn your face away from me, or I will be like those who go down into the grave.

Lord, hear me, because I ask for what is right. Listen to my cry for help. Hear my prayer. It doesn’t come from lips that tell lies.

Don’t turn your face away from me. Don’t turn me away because you are angry. You have helped me. God my Savior, don’t say no to me. Don’t desert me.

Lord, my Rock, I call out to you. Pay attention to me. If you remain silent, I will die. I will be like those who go down into the grave.
