Here are the insects you can eat. You can eat all kinds of locusts, katydids, crickets and grasshoppers.

Strengthen the hands of those who are weak. Help those whose knees give way.

But you can eat some flying insects that walk on all fours. Their legs have joints so they can hop on the ground.

Treat as “unclean” every other creature with wings and four legs.

John’s clothes were made out of camel’s hair. He had a leather belt around his waist. His food was locusts and wild honey.

Accept the person whose faith is weak. Don’t argue with them where you have differences of opinion.

We who have strong faith should help the weak with their problems. We should not please only ourselves.
