The servant asked Abraham, “What if the woman doesn’t want to come back with me to this land? Then should I take your son back to the country you came from?”

The woman may not want to come back with you. If she doesn’t, you will be free from your promise. But don’t take my son back there.”

Christ has set us free to enjoy our freedom. So remain strong in the faith. Don’t let the chains of slavery hold you again.

But we don’t belong to the people who pull back and are destroyed. We belong to the people who believe and are saved.

Because of his faith he made his home in the land God had promised him. Abraham was like an outsider in a strange country. He lived there in tents. So did Isaac and Jacob. They received the same promise he did.
