“Then you will call to me. But I won’t answer. You will look for me. But you won’t find me.

Those who make fun of others look for wisdom and don’t find it. But knowledge comes easily to those who understand what is right.

Where there is no message from God, people don’t control themselves. But blessed is the one who obeys wisdom’s instruction.

“Son of man, speak to the elders of Israel. Tell them, ‘The Lord and King says, “Have you come to ask me for advice? I will not let you do that,” announces the Lord and King. “And that is just as sure as I am alive.” ’
