In public meetings, he argued strongly against Jews who disagreed with him. He proved from the Scriptures that Jesus was the Messiah.
The child grew up, and his spirit became strong. He lived in the desert until he appeared openly to Israel.
Jesus explained to them what was said about himself in all the Scriptures. He began with Moses and all the Prophets.

Apollos had been taught the way of the Lord. He spoke with great power. He taught the truth about Jesus. But he only knew about John’s baptism.
Silas and Timothy came from Macedonia. Then Paul spent all his time preaching. He was a witness to the Jews that Jesus was the Messiah.
Then Philip began with that same part of Scripture. He told him the good news about Jesus.
But Saul grew more and more powerful. The Jews living in Damascus couldn’t believe what was happening. Saul proved to them that Jesus is the Messiah.
