But the child’s mother said, “I won’t leave you. And that’s just as sure as the Lord and you are alive.” So Elisha got up and followed her.

“I wish you would take twice as much silver,” said Naaman. He begged Gehazi to accept it. Then Naaman tied up 150 pounds of silver in two bags. He also gave Gehazi two sets of clothes. He gave all of it to two of his own servants. They carried it ahead of Gehazi.

We would like to go to the Jordan River. Each of us can get some wood there. We want to build a place there for us to meet.” Elisha said, “Go.”

And he went with them. They went to the Jordan River. There they began to cut down trees.

“But now please look at me. Would I tell you a lie right here in front of you?

Then Moses said to him, “If you don’t go with us, don’t send us up from here.

So the two of them sat down. They ate and drank together. After that, the woman’s father said, “Please stay tonight. Enjoy yourself.”

Barak said to her, “If you go with me, I’ll go. But if you don’t go with me, I won’t go.”
