Anger is mean, and great anger overpowers you. But who can face jealousy?

I also saw that a person works hard and accomplishes a lot. But they do it only because they want what another person has. That doesn’t have any meaning either. It’s like chasing the wind.

Don’t I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Do you feel cheated because I gave so freely to the others?’

Adultery, greed, hate and cheating come from a person’s heart too. So do desires that are not pure, and wanting what belongs to others. And so do telling lies about others and being proud and being foolish.

Don’t give the devil a chance.

Brothers and sisters, don’t find fault with one another. If you do, you will be judged. And the Judge is standing at the door!

The next day an evil spirit sent by God came powerfully on Saul. Saul began to prophesy in his house. At that same time David began to play the harp, just as he usually did. Saul was holding a spear.

That song made Saul very angry. It really upset him. He said to himself, “They are saying David has killed tens of thousands of men. But they are saying I’ve killed only thousands. The only thing left for him to get is the kingdom itself.”

Saul told his son Jonathan and all the attendants to kill David. But Jonathan liked David very much.
