For God will deliver Zion and rebuild the cities of Judah, and his people will again live in them and possess Zion.

Let the sea and everything in it shout! Let the fields and everything in them celebrate!

You will rise up and have compassion on Zion. For it is time to have mercy on her, for the appointed time has come.
