Psalm 120:2

I said, “O Lord, rescue me from those who lie with their lips and those who deceive with their tongue.

Violent men perjure themselves, and falsely accuse me.

When the godly see this, they will be filled with awe, and will mock the evildoer, saying:

The Lord abhors a person who lies, but those who deal truthfully are his delight.

The city’s rich men think nothing of resorting to violence; her inhabitants lie, their tongues speak deceptive words.
