You are near, O Lord, and all your commands are reliable.

The rules you impose are just, and absolutely reliable.

Your justice endures, and your law is reliable.

Your rules remain just. Give me insight so that I can live. ק (Qof)

You know when I sit down and when I get up; even from far away you understand my motives.

The Lord is near all who cry out to him, all who cry out to him sincerely.

The Lord is near the brokenhearted; he delivers those who are discouraged.

God is our strong refuge; he is truly our helper in times of trouble.

We give thanks to you, O God! We give thanks! You reveal your presence; people tell about your amazing deeds.

“Look! The virgin will conceive and bear a son, and they will call him Emmanuel,” which means “God with us.”

In fact, what other great nation has a god so near to them like the Lord our God whenever we call on him?
