There is a generation who are pure in their own eyes and yet are not washed from their filthiness.

Some of you once lived this way. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

They will maintain the outward appearance of religion but will have repudiated its power. So avoid people like these.
