May God give you the dew of the sky and the richness of the earth, and plenty of grain and new wine.

is like the light of morning when the sun comes up, a morning in which there are no clouds. He is like the brightness after rain that produces grass from the earth.

I will be like the dew to Israel; he will blossom like a lily, he will send down his roots like a cedar of Lebanon.

Those survivors from Jacob will live in the midst of many nations. They will be like the dew the Lord sends, like the rain on the grass, that does not hope for men to come or wait around for humans to arrive.

Israel lives in safety, the fountain of Jacob is quite secure, in a land of grain and new wine; indeed, its heavens rain down dew.
