Matthew 8:3

He stretched out his hand and touched him saying, “I am willing. Be clean!” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

God said, “Let there be light.” And there was light!

Naaman went away angry. He said, “Look, I thought for sure he would come out, stand there, invoke the name of the Lord his God, wave his hand over the area, and cure the skin disease.

So he went down and dipped in the Jordan seven times, as the prophet had instructed. His skin became as smooth as a young child’s and he was healed.

For he spoke, and it came into existence, he issued the decree, and it stood firm.

He said, “Put your hand back into your robe.” So he put his hand back into his robe, and when he brought it out from his robe – there it was, restored like the rest of his skin!

Then he said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out and it was restored, as healthy as the other.

Moved with compassion, Jesus stretched out his hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing. Be clean!”

So he got up and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Be quiet! Calm down!” Then the wind stopped, and it was dead calm.

Then, gently taking the child by the hand, he said to her, “Talitha koum,” which means, “Little girl, I say to you, get up.”

Then he looked up to heaven and said with a sigh, “Ephphatha” (that is, “Be opened”).

Now when Jesus saw that a crowd was quickly gathering, he rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it, “Mute and deaf spirit, I command you, come out of him and never enter him again.”

And there were many lepers in Israel in the time of the prophet Elisha, yet none of them was cleansed except Naaman the Syrian.”

So he stretched out his hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing. Be clean!” And immediately the leprosy left him.

Then he came up and touched the bier, and those who carried it stood still. He said, “Young man, I say to you, get up!”

When he had said this, he shouted in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!”

If I had not performed among them the miraculous deeds that no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin. But now they have seen the deeds and have hated both me and my Father.

For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so also the Son gives life to whomever he wishes.
