Now when he approached Bethphage and Bethany, at the place called the Mount of Olives, he sent two of the disciples,

On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives which lies to the east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in half from east to west, leaving a great valley. Half the mountain will move northward and the other half southward.

And leaving them, he went out of the city to Bethany and spent the night there.

As he approached the road leading down from the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of his disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works they had seen:

So every day Jesus was teaching in the temple courts, but at night he went and stayed on the Mount of Olives.

Then Jesus went out and made his way, as he customarily did, to the Mount of Olives, and the disciples followed him.

Then Jesus led them out as far as Bethany, and lifting up his hands, he blessed them.

Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mountain called the Mount of Olives (which is near Jerusalem, a Sabbath day’s journey away).
