Leviticus 20:8

You must be sure to obey my statutes. I am the Lord who sanctifies you.

“Tell the Israelites, ‘Surely you must keep my Sabbaths, for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am the Lord who sanctifies you.

I also gave them my Sabbaths as a reminder of our relationship, so that they would know that I, the Lord, sanctify them.

Then, when my sanctuary is among them forever, the nations will know that I, the Lord, sanctify Israel.’”

You must keep my statutes. You must not allow two different kinds of your animals to breed, you must not sow your field with two different kinds of seed, and you must not wear a garment made of two different kinds of fabric.

You must be sure to obey all my statutes and regulations. I am the Lord.’”

You must be holy to me because I, the Lord, am holy, and I have set you apart from the other peoples to be mine.

You must sanctify him because he presents the food of your God. He must be holy to you because I, the Lord who sanctifies you all, am holy.

You must not profane my holy name, and I will be sanctified in the midst of the Israelites. I am the Lord who sanctifies you,

For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”

Blind fools! Which is greater, the gold or the temple that makes the gold sacred?

So anyone who breaks one of the least of these commands and teaches others to do so will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever obeys them and teaches others to do so will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

“Everyone who hears these words of mine and does them is like a wise man who built his house on rock.

If you understand these things, you will be blessed if you do them.

He is the reason you have a relationship with Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption,

Now may the God of peace himself make you completely holy and may your spirit and soul and body be kept entirely blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

But we ought to thank God always for you, brothers and sisters loved by the Lord, because God chose you from the beginning for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and faith in the truth.

But be sure you live out the message and do not merely listen to it and so deceive yourselves.

Blessed are those who wash their robes so they can have access to the tree of life and can enter into the city by the gates.
