At that time the Lord who commands armies will become a beautiful crown and a splendid diadem for the remnant of his people.

I put a ring in your nose, earrings on your ears, and a beautiful crown on your head.

Then the leaders of Judah will say to themselves, ‘The inhabitants of Jerusalem are a means of strength to us through their God, the Lord who rules over all.’

a light, for revelation to the Gentiles, and for glory to your people Israel.”

For our momentary, light suffering is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison

Then when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that never fades away.
