Galatians 1:9

As we have said before, and now I say again, if any one is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, let him be condemned to hell!

Do not add to his words, lest he reprove you, and prove you to be a liar.

The Lord who rules over all says to the people of Jerusalem: “Do not listen to what those prophets are saying to you. They are filling you with false hopes. They are reporting visions of their own imaginations, not something the Lord has given them to say.

After he spent some time there, Paul left and went through the region of Galatia and Phrygia, strengthening all the disciples.

Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who create dissensions and obstacles contrary to the teaching that you learned. Avoid them!

For I could wish that I myself were accursed – cut off from Christ – for the sake of my people, my fellow countrymen,

Therefore when I was planning to do this, I did not do so without thinking about what I was doing, did I? Or do I make my plans according to mere human standards so that I would be saying both “Yes, yes” and “No, no” at the same time?

(13:1) You must be careful to do everything I am commanding you. Do not add to it or subtract from it!

Do not add a thing to what I command you nor subtract from it, so that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God that I am delivering to you.

Finally, my brothers and sisters, rejoice in the Lord! To write this again is no trouble to me, and it is a safeguard for you.

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I say, rejoice!
