and any winged thing on the ground are impure to you – they may not be eaten.

God said, “Let the water swarm with swarms of living creatures and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky.”

the stork, the heron after its species, the hoopoe, the bat,

You may eat any clean bird.

Their end is destruction, their god is the belly, they exult in their shame, and they think about earthly things.
