2 Chronicles 30:12

In Judah God moved the people to unite and carry out the edict the king and the officers had issued at the Lord’s command.

They assembled their brothers and consecrated themselves. Then they went in to purify the Lord’s temple, just as the king had ordered, in accordance with the word of the Lord.

King Hezekiah stationed the Levites in the Lord’s temple with cymbals and stringed instruments, just as David, Gad the king’s prophet, and Nathan the prophet had ordered. (The Lord had actually given these orders through his prophets.)

Hezekiah and all the people were happy about what God had done for them, for it had been done quickly.

They did not neglect any detail of the king’s orders pertaining to the priests, Levites, and treasuries.

Blessed be the Lord God of our fathers, who so moved in the heart of the king to so honor the temple of the Lord which is in Jerusalem!

Your people willingly follow you when you go into battle. On the holy hills at sunrise the dew of your youth belongs to you.

Do not add a thing to what I command you nor subtract from it, so that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God that I am delivering to you.

for the one bringing forth in you both the desire and the effort – for the sake of his good pleasure – is God.

For you know what commands we gave you through the Lord Jesus.

Now may the God of peace who by the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead the great shepherd of the sheep, our Lord Jesus Christ,

equip you with every good thing to do his will, working in us what is pleasing before him through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever. Amen.
