Solomon son of David solidified his royal authority, for the Lord his God was with him and magnified him greatly.

At that time Abimelech and Phicol, the commander of his army, said to Abraham, “God is with you in all that you do.

The Lord was with Joseph. He was successful and lived in the household of his Egyptian master.

But the Lord was with Joseph and showed him kindness. He granted him favor in the sight of the prison warden.

His master observed that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made everything he was doing successful.

Solomon sat on his father David’s throne, and his royal authority was firmly solidified.

Many were bringing presents to the Lord in Jerusalem and precious gifts to King Hezekiah of Judah. From that time on he was respected by all the nations.

He replied, “Surely I will be with you, and this will be the sign to you that I have sent you: When you bring the people out of Egypt, you and they will serve God on this mountain.”

teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

The Lord told Joshua, “This very day I will begin to honor you before all Israel so they will know that I am with you just as I was with Moses.
