But if he does not listen, take one or two others with you, so that at the testimony of two or three witnesses every matter may be established.

So Pilate came outside to them and said, “What accusation do you bring against this man?”

An elder must be blameless, the husband of one wife, with faithful children who cannot be charged with dissipation or rebellion.

Someone who rejected the law of Moses was put to death without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses.
