Romans 13:9

New Century Version

The law says, “You must not be guilty of adultery. You must not murder anyone. You must not steal. You must not want to take your neighbor’s things.” All these commands and all others are really only one rule: “Love your neighbor as you love yourself.”

Forget about the wrong things people do to you, and do not try to get even. Love your neighbor as you love yourself. I am the Lord.

but treat them just as you treat your own citizens. Love foreigners as you love yourselves, because you were foreigners one time in Egypt. I am the Lord your God.

And the second command is like the first: ‘Love your neighbor as you love yourself.’

My brothers and sisters, God called you to be free, but do not use your freedom as an excuse to do what pleases your sinful self. Serve each other with love.
