We believe with our hearts, and so we are made right with God. And we declare with our mouths that we believe, and so we are saved.

It is not because we followed the law, because no one can be made right with God by following the law.

let us come near to God with a sincere heart and a sure faith, because we have been made free from a guilty conscience, and our bodies have been washed with pure water.

So brothers and sisters, be careful that none of you has an evil, unbelieving heart that will turn you away from the living God.

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God has God living inside, and that person lives in God.

I know where you live. It is where Satan has his throne. But you are true to me. You did not refuse to tell about your faith in me even during the time of Antipas, my faithful witness who was killed in your city, where Satan lives.
